Orders can be placed by email or phone to our office in Wisconsin. You will receive a confirmation of your order within one business day. Before placing an order, new customers must submit a completed client information sheet by email.

Prices for each product vary on order size and delivery needs. Please contact us to discuss pricing structures and payment options.
Orders are sent via FedEx and UPS ground shipping. Clients without an existing shipping account will have delivery costs added to their invoice.
An invoice is included in each shipment, but a separate billing notice can be emailed or mailed to your accounts payable department if desired. We accept VISA, MasterCard and AmericanExpress payments when orders are placed, or payments by check. Contact us for our mailing address.
Oocytes – Oocyte orders must be placed by Friday at 2:00 p.m. Central Time (U.S.) the week before you wish to receive them. Minimum orders of 300 oocytes are generally required—please inquire about smaller orders. Oocytes are shipped priority overnight using client-provided incubators. Clients may rent an incubator, which must be returned promptly following delivery.
Embryos – Embryo orders can be customized to meet your needs. Please contact us to discuss specifics.
Training Supplies – All training models are shipped standard overnight. Reproductive tracts and ovaries are frozen before transport. Please contact us to discuss current stock and delivery timelines.
